Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one mail management tool, which will give you total command over your email accounts and email campaigns. With this easy-to-handle interface, you can create a brand new electronic mail account in no time and administer its settings with ease. Additionally, you can forward mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, set up email filters, set up autoresponders and defend your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your e-mailbox accounts against junk emails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mails will find their way into your email box. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or redirected to a specific e-mail box account.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for filtering your incoming electronic mails according to certain rules defined by you. Creating mail filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be activated and will take effect instantly. You can quickly set up an email filter for any of your mailbox accounts and define the mail filtering criteria as per your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email box to another, or even to several other electronic mail accounts. Just specify the email box you want to forward emails from, then select the destination e-mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the electronic mail client of your preference to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box you wish to set up on your computer or mobile phone and click on the email client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your electronic mail client and the new mailbox account will be configured in an instant.

With the Email Manager interface, working with multiple mail accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager will also enable you to easily create an auto-reply message - enter the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you wish to set up a catch-all email box - you can achieve that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
